Our client is a fast-growing gardening company based in Värmdö, primarily working with private customers in the Värmdö and Nacka areas. The company has grown from a small team to nearly 20 employees in a very short time and is now in an exciting development phase where structures, routines, and working methods are continuously evolving. Here, decision-making paths are short, the culture is unpretentious, energetic, and hands-on, and you work closely with both colleagues and customers.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the position

This is a broad, practical, and varied role where you will work outdoors in gardens and follow them throughout the season. You will be an important part of the team and will work both independently and closely with the team leader.

You will, among other things: 🛞 Work with lawn mowing, brush clearing, weeding, and ongoing garden maintenance 🌳 Trim bushes and hedges and prune fruit trees 🌼 Plant, clean up in spring and autumn, and develop gardens over time 🪚 Participate in simpler tree felling work if interested, especially during the low season 📣 Communicate with private customers and ensure a great experience 🧩 Support the team and contribute to good collaboration in everyday life

We are looking for someone who

• Is a person who takes great pride in their profession and enjoys making gardens both beautiful and functional. You thrive in a team with a lot of energy, appreciate customer contact, and enjoy having varied tasks.

We believe you have: • A natural sense of service and quality • Easy to collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere • Education as a gardener or equivalent competence • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in gardening • Good knowledge of Swedish • A driving license (B) and preferably your own car for the trip to Värmdö • Interest in learning more about tree felling and winter work • Good physical condition

Meritorious: • Chainsaw certificate
